Prevision Research is a market research agency. Our business involves telephone (CATI) and online (CAWI) surveys, where we call or email participants and invite them to give us their views and opinions on a particular subject or issue.
We hold very little personal information about the people we contact, just enough for the purpose of the survey and no more. Generally, this means we will have a name and a contact phone number or email address and sometimes we will hold information of the geographic location of participants and occasionally some behavioural information.
All personal information is stored securely and is only accessible to staff that need access.
We only interview respondents who give their consent to be interviewed.
You have the right to request details of the data we hold for you at any time. To do this, please contact us on 01908 278303 or email iso@previsionresearch.co.uk with the number or email address you were contacted on and, if possible, the date when you were contacted to enable us to find your record.

You have the right to refuse to take part in our surveys. If you do this we will record your wish and ensure that you are not called or emailed again. This restricts any processing of the information we hold on you.

You have the right to object to processing for purposes of research and statistics. If you do this we will record your wish and ensure that you are not called again.
We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling with the information we hold on you.
All views and opinions that participants in a survey give us are pseudonymised. This means that they are only linked to you by a unique identifier. Three months after a project is complete, the original contact list for that project is securely purged from our systems, leaving your views and opinions anonymous.
We will only share your information if you give express permission, if we do not ask for permission your data will not be shared with anyone and all information on you will be securely deleted 3 months after project completion.
In some cases your responses to questions within the survey will trigger a request that the client be allowed to contact you to discuss an issue that has been raised by your responses. In these cases we will always ask for specific permission to pass your details to the client so that you can be contacted. Of course, you have the right to refuse to allow this.
